This facility allows you to screen and purchase cover for existing medical conditions online enabling you and / or your family members to have full medical protection under the Ultimate Reward Current Account Travel Insurance. FirstAssist Insurance Services, which is a trading style of Cigna Insurance Services (Europe) Limited, administers this service for the Ultimate Reward Current Account travel insurance policy. Cigna Insurance Services (Europe) Limitedis authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The insurance policy is underwritten by Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC.Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Please note that this facility is only available to Ultimate Reward Current Account holders and their immediate family who reside at the same address.

It's important that you answer the questions honestly and take reasonable care that your replies are accurate and complete. Failure to do so could result in your policy becoming invalid and all claims refused, or a claim payment being reduced and/or different terms being applied to your policy, such as certain cover excluded from the start of your policy.

Important Information

Please note the Worldwide Multi-Trip Family Travel Insurance provided as part of the Ultimate Reward Current Account is changing. On the 22nd November 2015, the travel insurance policy together with any 'trip extension' or 'medical endorsement', currently administered by FirstAssist Insurance Services and underwritten by Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC will be cancelled and immediately replaced by a travel insurance policy provided and underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc. Account holders who have not yet received the details of these changes can find them in the Ultimate Reward Current Account documentation, this is available from your bank, in branch, online or by calling telephone banking.

There won't be a break in any cover and the expiry date and terms of any existing 'trip extension' or 'medical endorsement' will not change.
